I arrived on the wrong day, but the front desk staff were willing to make arrangements for me to receive the care I needed without making me feel like an old man! This empathetic philosophy is projected by the entire staff at each appointment! The Hygienist’s professional skills and caring personality were also outstanding! If you are looking for a 5 Star Dental Clinic - this is the place! Dr. Matt has instilled a very professional and caring philosophy!

We are fairly new to the Rochester area so we had to start all over with new self care facilities. I had a crown replaced at Rochester Dental. One sitting no return visits. I was in and out in 2 hrs and 10 minutes and that’s because I snuck in a little visiting. Dr Tate, Jenna and office staff made me feel comfortable the minute I stepped in the door. I’m not a needle person, but the Novocain shots were the least painful I have ever received. They were very concerned with my comfort. Being able to do the crown process in one visit is huge, less down time for the patient, the only way to go

I haven't gone to the dentist in years and was super nervous, but the moment I stepped in I was well take care of. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Gretchen, my dental hygenist did an amazing job explaining every step and listening to my worries. I walked into the place feeling nervous and walked out with the most amazing dental experience. I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is simply pleasant! I felt very well taken care of and they did a great job thoroughly taking care of my teeth. I could immediately tell that these are people you can trust with your dental care. I specifically had Dr. Dison for my appointment and he was so wonderful. I will be back to see him again!

My experience was nothing short of amazing. I have been having problems with my teeth for years and other dentists could not figure it out. I finally got answers during my first visit here. I am so excited to move forward with the treatment plan.

The hygienist worked extra hard to clean last time and helped me eliminate the thing that was discoloring my teeth. She also educated me on flossing and this time there was no bleeding. Desk staff are friendly and accommodating.

Once I step inside and fill out my paperwork, I was seen immediately. There was no wait. And everyone is so nice. The Dentist and his assistant made me feel so comfortable. They worked effectively and had me out of there in a timely manner. There’s no other dentist I will go to. I will refer all my friends and family here.

By far the best experience I've ever had at Rochester Dental Clinic than other dental offices I've been. And this coming from a guy that's from Chicago that moved to a lot of different states. I came here on a short noticed situation. My previous dental office (Main Street Dental) would not take me for my routine 6 months cleaning because I was 20 minutes late to my rescheduled appointment that they had to reschedule because their dental hygienist, left early for feeling sick. They wanted me to wait 5 additional months to get my cleaning because that's the soonest they could get me in. My thoughts
