Our fixed fee bookkeeping service packages are made for small business owners and tradies so you get exactly what you need, for a low-cost, fixed price. As a registered BAS Agent with the TPB, we can lodge your BAS for you directly with the ATO. You should never be put off asking a question. Some bookkeeping firms will charge you by the minute for this- but we don't believe that's fair.
All of our packages come with unlimited support for any of your questions. Rest assured, we will never talk about you and your finances to anyone else, without your permission. All of your bookkeeping work is performed in house by a fully qualified Australian accountant in Brisbane, who knows how to deal with any tricky transactions.

Services
Based in Brisbane, The Weekend Bookkeeper came about from the realisation that small business owners work bloody hard- and thinking about the state of your books between 9-5 just isn't on the cards for most business owners. So at The Weekend Bookkeeper, we don't keep to those hours. Our Brisbane-based team works at the times you as a business owner would likely be looking at your books- after hours on weekdays and over the weekend.
The Weekend Bookkeeper uses fixed price plans, providing the advantages of predictable billing, manageable cashflow and no surprises. Our packages, with no lock in contracts, encourage efficiency and give the flexibility to work with you as you grow. Billed in an agreed upon schedule, our fixed price plans start from as little as $49/week.
If you have been registered for GST, you need to report to the ATO how much GST you charged and how much you paid on a regular basis. As a Registered BAS Agent, we can prepare this for you. Bank Reconciliation- there's not much point if your bank account and your bookkeeping file disagree. Plus being able to give your accountant a fully reconciled file at the end of the year will keep them happy- and your costs down.
