Not happy with the manner that my recent enquiry was handled.
A misunderstanding about billing practices has resulted in my system remaining untreated.
What was particularly annoying was that my neighbours system was serviced and then these people left without bothering to contact me about servicing our system
A simple phone call would have been appreciated.
