We wanted to extend and turn our alfresco area into an all weather area. After looking at various alternatives and systems, we spoke with Ultimate Windows and they were able to come up with a system that suited our requirements which included not reducing the available light and not turning the area into a hothouse. Their window system is perfect for what we wanted. Would highly recommend their window systems for quality and security. We are extremely happy with our new indoor, outdoor area.

We replaced all of the windows and external doors in the house with double glazed windows and the whole experience working with Ultimate windows was first class. From the estimating to the delivery and installation and working with all staff in the office and on-site was very professional and satisfying. These guys really know what customer service is all about and nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a can-do/positive attitude. We had all the windows and external doors in our home replaced with uPVC double glazed windows from Ultimate. This company came highly recommended so we had high expectations - and we were not disappointed. We were annoying customers that took over a year to press go on the project (really wanted to get it right and had to complete other projects first!) and Sharon in the office was just terrific. Always fast with the quotes and very nice. The the installation team was equally professional and awesome. Lovely people, great communication and addressed all the small issues that popped up. Had them quote and ultimately replace all windows, sliding doors and hinged doors in Sept 2018. The effort they took in fitting the windows was nothing but that of true craftsman, not something you normally see, and the difference it has made has been instant and outstanding. Replacement with UPVC double glaze is something I should have done years ago. Highly recommend Tye, Richard and the Canberra team for a job well done.

What a delightful and thoroughly professional company to deal with. The windows themselves are just fantastic. We have been so impressed with the whole process; initial consultations and quotes with Sharon were timely and very quick, and after acceptance in November, we were surprised to find our new windows would be installed before Xmas. They are!! Shannon, Mitch and Richard have done a sterling job over 3 days to complete our 4 bedroom house. They've been on time every morning, tidied up after themselves, and even made friends with the dogs!! Definitely 5 stars for this company and its team
