There is a pharmacy is also located in the same building to ensure all your medical care needs are met. Our GPs can perform many minor operations and procedures right here in the medical centre. Our GPs and nursing staff perform pre-employment medicals for many of the businesses in the local Dandenong area.
Services
The practice was established by Dr Raoul Tunbridge in 1952, and moved to a purpose built clinic in 1969, at 153 Foster Street Dandenong, where there has been a medical practice, or quasi-medical practice since the 1870s. Currently we have 9 GPs and a sessional podiatrist. There is an in-house pathology service (St Vincent's Pathology) and this is done through a fully licensed collection centre in the building.
Medical Interests: Sports medicine, men's health. Past appointments include: Chair GPDV; Chair DDDGP; Police medical Officer; Forensic Medical Officer; Chair Dandenong Subdivision AMA;Chair medical Board, Dandenong Hospital. Honorary Life member - RACGP. Fellow - Royal Society of Medicine. Medical officer - Dandenong Southern Stingrays Football Club, 22 years to present.
St Vincent's pathology is open 6 days a week so you can get your blood tests done at the same time as seeing your doctor. You can have any required tests done immediately and have the results downloaded directly to your GP's computer once available. Our staff who are responsible for collecting pathology samples are highly trained and professional.
Priority is given to patients with appointments. This practice endeavours to accommodate patients with urgent problems where possible. Urgent problems are determined by triage, a system used by most hospital emergency departments. Being located in such a multicultural area, we can arrange the services of an external interpreter.
For information on working with us please call 03 9791 8888 to speak to the managing director. I joined this practice in 1973 when Dandenong was still, medically speaking, a country town. General practitioners had full access to the Dandenong Hospital, and we were very involved in inpatient management surgery, obstetrics, anaesthetics and the Emergency Department.

Our family have been attending Langton Medical Centre for over 40 years. The doctors there really care about your welfare and you build a relationship with your own personal doctor rather than the walk in clinics that are around today. The administration team are very efficient and I know I we are all in good hands.

We have been attending this clinic since 1987, all the doctors, nurses, specialists, the girls & boy at reception are wonderful caring people. Their service, care and advice is only of the best quality. We have nothing but admiration, utmost trust and faith especially towards our doctor, Dr. Liang.
Our daughter has moved further away and she travels to see Dr. Liang as she does not trust anyone else.
