Living some two & a half thousand kilometers away, freight for me is very important.

I bought a Polivac MK III from steamaster. It went to the workshop 4/5 times within the first year of purchase and were used only 20 to 30 hours then.
3 times, the machine stopped working while I was doing a job and made me embarrassed. Because of that, I lost money, wasted time, lost clients, damaged reputation & credibility & reliability and… hired the machine. Every time, it stayed in the workshop for 3-5 days.
I was so frustrated that I asked them to either replace the machine, refund the money or extend the warranty. I didn’t get satisfactory answer. Whenever I asked,
