Joplin is the firm's director. She primarily represents the firm's Family Law clients and has conducted Family Law matters throughout Australia. Joplin is a vocal and dynamic advocate for increasing the awareness of the prevalence of domestic violence in the community and a vigorous believer in the necessity of rehabilitation processes for the perpetrators of domestic violence.

An Application for Divorce does not deal with property or parenting arrangements between the parties. You have separated from your spouse for at least twelve (12) months and the likeliness of resuming marriage is non existent; and. You are an Australian citizen or you have lived in Australia for the last twelve (12) months and consider Australia as your home and intend to live in Australia indefinitely.

Would highly recommend this business for your ex partner to use. Absolutely scummy business who were more interested in going to court and accruing legal fees. They put the final nail in the coffin for any hopes I had of reconciling with my partner. Thanks so much guys!

Didn’t stand by their word and made the situation that my family was in worse...
Wouldn’t recommend very unprofessional.
Have been told my review will be deleted for fake misrepresentation, when it was my family involved so that means “We didn’t deal with you directly so you cannot comment on our service” says Karen.

Dismissed and talking to the commission to investigate irregular charges and misrepresentation, ignores other parties breaches, won’t bring key items up in case and failed to think of the children’s safety before profits. I also have concerns they have conflicts of interest as they don’t listen and do what they want and force you into a situation where you have to keep paying them to get any sort of result.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Absolutely terrible service made my close friend feel like absolutely garbage and tried making her pay triple what was originally agreed apon absolutely disgusting attitude towards people have had a couple people including myself go through them and get treated like dirt

The most arrogant rude woman ive ever met. Was absolutely no help to me at all. Looks down her nose at you,and thinks she is better than her clients. I guess because i didnt have any money i got what i paid for.Represented my ex at trial then wouldnt give me any advice as it was a conflict of interest. Surely thats unethical?
