We selected Cogenesis as our IT partner a few years ago and we could not be happier with the returns this decison provided and keeps providing to the company. We (an SMB finance company with 90+ employees) have been using Cogenesis for over 2 years now and have been very happy with them for support. They were small enough to be flexible with our support needs as we have them in for a set number of hours each week on retainer (as additional IT support and cover) but large enough to have full support cover and a range of expertise levels. All the account, admins and support staff are competent, friendly and flexible and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
