As our instructors have had 20+ years experience competing & training in one of the toughest individual sports.
They are our most popular classes and include a dynamic mix of both cardio & resistance training focusing on boxing based fitness. All fitness and skill levels are catered for & no prior boxing knowledge is needed. Defence work & sparring classes. The majority of these classes focus on partner work, footwork drills & skill development to prepare you to box.
This is the class we have been running since it all began about 15 years ago. They are our most popular classes for beginner - advanced trainers and include a dynamic mix of both cardio & resistance training focusing on boxing based fitness. All fitness and skill levels are catered for in this class & no prior boxing knowledge is needed.
We achieve this by combining boxing (bag work) with resistance training (weighted & body weight exercises). The exercises we use in these sessions have been used for decades by fighters all around the world and are guaranteed to sharpen you up mentally & physically.
Sessions include squatting, lunging, jumping, bounding, sprinting, pulling, pushing, lifting, throwing, crawling, core work and basically any exercise that engages more than one muscle group or body part to complete.These sessions have been designed by former amateur & professional boxers / fitness instructors with Olympic lifting qualifications.

A mate of mine talked me into a five week "train like a fighter challenge" (and I am definitely not a fighter and it was a far bigger challenge than I envisaged but I am far better off from the experience). What a great community built by people that know what they are talking about and care about the people that join them. If you are looking to test yourself in a supportive, non-judgemental (and no d#ckheads) environment then give this a try. I will be signing back up!

Jackie and Brad run a well oiled machine. Having trained in a few clubs across the country over the years, I can confidently vouch for the fact that the duo are unparalleled in their commitment and enthusiasm in running the club. Organisational skills and leadership are hackneyed phrases used all too often in today's world, but they apply fittingly… well in the way they run this place. During her classes, Jackie maintains a calm and friendly demeanour. After just finishing the ten week fight camp I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone considering joining. It was a truely memorable experience where I gained new skills, much improved fitness and greater confidence. Brad and Jackie have created a a gym with a genuine sense of belonging, an environment where everyone is welcomed and respected. Get on board, you certainly won’t regret it!

I highly recommend this gym to ANYBODY regardless of fitness or skill level. When I joined Fight Camp I was a 130kg fatty with zero self confidence that was to shy to even actively look for someone when it came to partner work. I would just wait until 1 person was left and would have to partner with me. After my first 10 week fight camp I was… still a fatty but had dropped 20kg. my self confidence was higher than it had been in years and I would go out of my way to socialise with gym members and even help where I could and I couldn't have achieved half the results I did without the dedication
