Happy with the service from Mark and the team. Other property managers try to put tenants first and try to stitch up landlords, but I feel that Mark gets the right balance for both and ensures I'm not disadvantaged as a Landlord. Mark has a really experienced view of the market and I actually trust his judgement in terms of tenant applications and rent prices. They have been super fast with rental agreement execution and this is always a relief to know it's not dragging on. Thank you!

Irena is very responsive in actioning tenant requests and the inspections or repairs that might be associated with them and I am always given accurate information to be able to quote or execute work orders as required.
