After meeting with a number of jewellers across Melbourne to create a custom engagement ring, we were feeling overwhelmed and dismayed by pushy customer service, creative arrogance and in general just bad vibes from other providers. When I met Mike at their Block Arcade suite, I was instantly at ease. Mike is so knowledgeable, positive and so happy to bring a custom design to life.

I spent over a month trying to find the perfect ring, I literally looked at every online retailer for hours, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice with Parkers. I also opted for the lab grown diamond and it’s a choice I’m extremely happy I took. My fiancé and her entire family and friends are all blown away by the ring. I got the cushion grace design and the end result is much better than anything I ever hoped for.

Several months ago I started looking for a ring for my partner. We found the Parker Diamonds website and saw a ring we both liked. So we went to Melbourne and met Mike and he was great. He showed us different sized stones and went through the design so we could get an idea how it would turn out. When it was finished it was everything we could hope for, an absolutely stunning ring. When we decided to get wedding rings Parker Diamonds was the obvious choice. Again we got in touch with Mike, showed him what we wanted and we got the most beautiful and delicate art deco ring and a gold band for me.
