Malcolm, who owns and operates Atech Building Inspections, has over 35 years experience in the building industry and holds a current Builder's Licence. He previously held a Carpenters Licence up until obtaining his 'Clerk of Works' and Builders Licence in 1991.

He also held a Building Consultant's Licence, which was a requirement to carry out pre-purchase building inspections prior the industry being deregulated and licences abolished in 2009 (another reason to choose your building inspector wisely).Yes, we have Professional Indemnity Insurance for your peace of mind.
All too often the sale of a property falls through or sold at a less than favourable price due to some unforeseen issues that have shown up in the purchaser's building report. This is where a pre-sale building inspection report can help prevent such an event.

By carrying out a pre-sale building inspection before putting your home on the market, you will have the opportunity to rectify any issues that could potentially derail the sale of your home, thereby maximising your chances of a quick sale and achieving the best possible price.
