I lost my wedding band and engagement ring through theft, and Lachlan from Centrestone is absolutely the best! He is so helpful, and patient towards my never ending requests. And he also kept me updated frequently through emails and calls reassuring me that he will try his best to get me back the same rings that I had.

The guys at Centrestone are really great - helpful, flexible and responsive. I am not nervous at all about the cover - it is clear, concise and fair. Other policies are so cumbersome and confusing, but the people at Centrestone made it CLEAR, were HONEST and OPEN about the policy and how I will be looked after if anything bad ever happened to my Engagement Ring and other special pieces.
