Dr Hillel New is involved in educating Australian dentists, particularly in the field of Implant Dentistry. He has lectured, conducted training workshops, mentor programs, surgical demonstrations all over Australia for a large array of Implant manufacturers.
Dr New works closely with the '3M' company and was a contracted "Key Opinion Leader (KOL)" in the past for them, conducting surgical certification courses for the 3M 'Mini Dental Implant' Range (3M ESPE MDIs) used in denture stabilisation.The Swiss Implant Company 'Straumann Implants' also contracted Dr. New to provide their 'Full Day - Implant Treatment Planning & Restorative Techniques Course (that he wrote), in Victoria and New South Wales.

As leading dentist at the Cosmetic Dental & Implant Centre, Dr Hillel New has been providing patients with dental care for 28 years. Graduating from the University of Melbourne Dental School in 1991, Hillel took over the Malvern based clinic in 1994, now known as "CDIC" - Cosmetic Dental & Implant Centre.
Adelaide born and bred, Thu-Huu worked across a number of South Australian practices before joining the CDIC team in Melbourne. As a Bachelor of Oral Health graduate from the University of Adelaide, Thu-Huu is duly qualified as a dental hygienist and dental therapist to look after your dental health.
April works at the CDIC as one of our dental hygienists / therapists (Oral Health Therapist). April performs 'Active Maintenance' (known as a Scale & Clean) and periodontal therapy, assisting our patients to improve their oral hygiene to maintain healthy gums and teeth. As a dental therapist, April can perform a range of procedures on children and young adults, including check-ups, x-rays, fillings, impressions and extractions.

His customer service and dental skills are exceptional, he always informs to great extent the procedure you are embarking on,and details upfront all fees that will be payable, so no surprises after the treatment
l had all on 4's to my top teeth back in 2019 and couldn't be happier, it solved a multitude of problems that l had, so much so that now facing similar problems are returning for lower all on 4's

I have nothing but praise for this clinic for both the reception staff and Hillel. I had one of my broken front canine teeth removed. I had bone loss and a receded gum. After 10 months of visits done in stages I can now say I am so happy with the end result. Hillel was so informative and talked me through everything while in the chair which eased my anxiety. He was professional and wanted the best outcome for me. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. Super happy!!

I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Hillel New & Dr. Fibishenko. I saw Dr. New to see if he could help me. For 2 years l've lived with broken implants & was told just to wait till they fell out. Dr. New was amazing & explained that he could give me Zygoma implants on my upper jaw & 4 implants on my lower jaw. He said l would have permanent teeth. Within 4 weeks of seeing him ..l now have beautiful permanent teeth.I highly recommend anyone wanting implants to see Dr. New & Dr. Fibishenko. They are both excellent surgeons & are at the cutting edge of there field.

When I walked into this clinic it was the first time I had stepped into a dentist clinic in 11 years. Like many others I was terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Hillel and his team were completely understanding and accommodating and they did everything they could to ease my anxieties. I went in with the idea of implants but Dr. Hillel said in my case it wouldn’t be the best option. So over the year I went through a few fillings and extractions. Both things I never thought I’d be able to handle in a million years.

I can’t praise Dr New and the entire team at CDIC enough. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and made to feel at ease. From general dental, cleaning, fillings, all the dentists are so caring. I could not be happier with my All on Four Implants. Best money I ever spent on myself. Thank You so much I can’t stop smiling so happy with the result 😃
