The educators at Gumnut Cottage are qualified and experienced in providing education and care programs utilising the Early Years Learning Framework which guide our educational principles and practices. Our centre recognises that children learn in different ways and at different paces. So, we will adapt our teaching styles and methods so that each individual child is considered and can contribute.
We believe our play spaces need to offer opportunities for children to engage in sensory experiences involving messy and water play. Gumnut Cottage Child Care Centre is a community based not-for-profit organisation, serving families within the Coffs Harbour region. We opened our doors in 1989 with the aim of providing a welcoming, friendly and family orientated environment.
