1star is only for customer service.we’ve ordered paneer 65 in menu it was mentioned tangy saucy but chef severed us cold paneer pakora with few curry leaves on top and when we told it’s cold staff took it inside microwaved and serve us same one.main course was nawabi Kofta which was chef’s special dish which was EXTRA SALTY.it was my first time and last time for sure.

Had a worst experience ever. We have ordered only 3 dishes and we have waited around 1 hour for food. The staff was serving to another customer who came after us. They got there food within a 20 mins. Staff were busy to talk with customers. They literally asking customer hows the food you need anything else and all and we were sitting in the middle table still they were just ignoring us. Then we left without eating. Before us also one customer left like us just because they have reorder chapati and they didn’t Serve. Never go to this restaurant. nothing is good there.

Had worst experience.Waited for 40-45 mins to get food which doesn’t have any taste other than raw taste of packed spices. Had to keep asking for water. When asked for drinks menu, they said we only have Lassi which also took 20-25 mins. Seems like they are highly understaffed. Either they should say no to take more customers as they had catering for parties going on.

Food was great I would love to give 5 ✨✨✨✨✨ for the food. But service was very poor👎👎👎 I didn't feel welcome and didn't connect to atmosphere. Could have improved customer service.

It was our first visit to Brothers Haveli. The overall experience was good. The food options were great and so was the food. The staff was good. The restaurant also allowed music to be played so we enjoyed the time. It is bit tricky to find the restaurant using GPS. There is enough parking near the restaurant

The foods was good.. but not perfect.. had to wait around 1hour to get the order. Some girls service was best, friendly, easy with smile on face and some were not.. overall can give 3-4 stars....
