Unethical - stopped paying us for scrap collected when I queried why after a few months I was told due to our weights being below 1 ton. We were supplying the same size bin same material and used to have close to 2 ton. Asked if we could have confirmation of bin weights no response asked 3 times over a month period, dead quiet... Called sales rep no call back then told by another person that weights only paid over 2 ton now. Apparently the rules have changed but not communicated. Not a big deal to me probably adds up to a few $1000 over 2 years. I don't like unethical behaviour and changes to rules

Completely unethical company and the staff ether have no clue or an attitude, after an unsecured load damaged my new car I was met with promises of repair that where never follow up after contacting them to say ill need to file a police report i was contacted by the most vulgar human iv ever had the miss fortune of dealing with she was abusive, dismissive and went back on all promises made because she had been at a funeral decided to make my life harder aswell. If thats not the most un Australian business model iv seen i would want to hear a story worse

If I could review with 0 stars, I would have. One of their trucks dropped debris all over my car, damaging my paint and windscreen. When I called the company to advise them of this, (emailed them images of the inappropriately secured load/damage) they assured me they would have it fixed and to expect a call from the repairer. I never received that call. I then had to follow up multiple times over a week, regarding the repairs. They could never give me a straight answer. Finally we got through to the woman that was supposed to be handling this and she was disgracefully unprofessional. She mentioned
