Shiver me Timbers started as small concern selling recycled timber in Williamstown in 1998. We have grown substantially since then and now offer a huge range of New and Recycled Timbers, Custom furniture and Milling services for domestic, commercial and specialist applications. Vertical integration enables us to control the supply chain and produce high quality end products at very reasonable prices.

We encourage all trades to place orders over the phone or via the contact page on our website. For the general public, you can place orders over the phone or via the contact page on our website. For customers within a 5 km radius of us, you can still pick up orders through our contactless pick up process, if you have ordered and paid over the phone.
We make and supply Cladding to standard industry sizes or to customer's specifications. The timber is chosen by the customer - Recycled Messmate, Blackbutt, Spotted Gum or Ironbark (always subject to availability) or New Spotted Gum, Ironbark, Silver Top Ash, Blackbutt or Other New Timbers.
Our in-house experts are always available to advise on durability and fire ratings of the various timber options to suit your particular circumstances - fire rating location (BAL rating), external or internal usage, exposure to weather, sun and rain.These are all important considerations when choosing Cladding and the specific timber variety to meet all the relevant standards.

Our highly qualified staff - cabinet maker, machinist and joiner - use our very high quality imported German and Italian machinery to mould and dress timber to extremely high standards of accuracy and finish. We supply new and recycled timber machined to your specifications and to Australian industry standards and requirements.
All our stock is sustainably produced and supplied from reputable Australian sources. Being mainly an outdoor product, decking needs to meet strict fire rating requirements (called BAL rating) and should be able to withstand the weather conditions in the area where the decking is to be laid. Our factory makes recycled decking from reclaimed timber products.
We manufacture doors to customer specifications. Our experts work with you to design the exact door which you require for your particular use and surroundings. You choose the new or recycled timber to fit the particular area or environment. It can be a recycled messmate, oregon or blackbutt, for example, or a new select, standard or feature grade spotted gum, blackbutt, American oak or any other timber.
