From the moment my partner Kat and I started the design process all the way through to the final product it was an amazing experience with… exceptional quality in both the ring and service. My partner chose her ring so making it a surprise when I gave it to her would be difficult, but Ivor and his team got it ready ahead of schedule and security couriered it to me interstate for a work function I was attending with Kat.... given the short turn around time

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Ivor is an incredible jeweller. My engagement ring was a custom piece based off my husbands design. At first sourcing purple precious stones was difficult but Ivor managed to find some while overseas at a jewellers convention. The sapphires and diamond are beautifully cut. They are so sparkly, the photos don't do them justice. I instantly fell in love with this ring so of course went back to him for my wedding band (pictured). Thankfully Antony from the diamond guys shed some light on all of the above and more and helped me design a ring that my now fiancee absolutely adores. I can't speak highly enough of the service Antony provided which included infinite patience for my constant questions, tweaks, and designs.
