Mark was born and raised in Perth's northern suburbs. After obtaining an Associate Diploma of Business as well as a Certificate of Legal Studies, Mark graduated from Murdoch Law School with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 1994. He subsequently completed his article clerkship with a prominent criminal defence Queens Counsel.
Ben was born and raised in Perth. After completing a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tasmania in 1990, he graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bristol in 1992. He subsequently completed his article clerkship with a suburban law firm in Applecross before moving to Queensland where he specialised in criminal law.
At Andrews Legal, our team of experienced defence lawyers in Perth represent clients who have been arrested for a criminal offence or are the subject of a criminal investigation by police or a regulator. We have over 30 years of experience in defence law. In general, a crime or misdemeanour is any action which offends against State or Federal Criminal Law, and therefore attracts a punishment.

I can not speak highly enough of Mark Andrews. In an unfamiliar environment, Marks’s knowledge of the law and the court system was invaluable.
