Had an issue hooking up the remote to my phone. Well David was amazing and really took the time to listen to me. Over the ph first I felt he listened to what I was saying and tried to help me but it still would not connect. He came out 2 days later and on time and presentable, then spent an hour and a half checking it all out and yooohoo connected it. Recommend him highly.

Absolutely can not fault Phill from Smarter Air & Electrical! From the moment I reached out to him he was friendly, prompt and professional. I had very little knowledge on air conditioner units and what was needed for my home however he explained everything so thoroughly (and simply) and made sure we purchased within our budget whilst not missing out on quality. At every stage their team proved to be professional and punctual. Ben has just commissioned the system, which works perfectly. He spent time thoroughly making sure everything was so, and was very patient in explaining programming, efficient operation and ongoing maintenance to us. We highly recommend this company.

Smarter Air installed the Panasonic 18kw Ducted Aircon system for me (replaced my other duct that was at the end of it's life). > Great website with lots of information available to read up on > For the consult, turned up on time and measured every room plus answered any questions I had > Quote came in best out of the three I obtained in both price and detail explaining recommended Air Con unit > They were happy to answer more questions I had based on the quote > Turned up on time for the install which was completed same day Overall professional to deal with, polite and friendly.

The service tech was on time, professional and efficient. He was able to talk me through any maintenance that will be needed over time, the state of my system and what maintenance he did during the time. He didn't even judge me too much when he pulled down my air vent which hadn't been cleaned in nearly 4 years! My aircon is now whisper quiet and will be a lot more efficient. Highly recommend Smarter Air

I recently had a Panasonic ducted air conditioning system (including MyAir) installed at my place by Smarter Air. From initial on-site consultation right through to the completion of the installation, the Smarter Air team were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They had a pretty big crew come out to do the installation but they were all super friendly and always ran everything past me to make sure I was happy.

We were looking for a company to installed a ducted AC and chose Smarter Air. Their pricing was good and were very professional. The install was quick, they arrived when they said they would with a big team of people. Considering that there was alot of cutting involved, the house was clean when they left, all the ducts line up nicely. Would definitely recommend Smarter Air.

A professional and friendly team, great attention to detail with reasonable pricing. That's the least I can say for Smarter Air team. I spent more than a month researching the market and had multiple quotes for ducted aircon installation. Smarter Air not only provided a competitive price but also the best quote with all the details of the installation.
The only quote which had the full map of the installation and required kw for each zone and some optional add-ons. Phil spent a lot of time with me on multiple phone calls to go through all my questions about ducted aircon and smart control systems like My Air. He even provided info about other brands without being pushy like most salespersons. Also on the installation day, they kept me in the loop with all the steps of installation and asked my opinion about some of the stuff like vents and outdoor unit location etc. They were very respectful and polite when they were in our place and cleaned the mess as well. Thanks for the great job Smarter Air.

I rang these guys on Thursday about a faulty split system. They organised a time of 7am Monday. Arrived at 7am Monday ( when does a tradesperson ever turn up on time)had a chat about the unit and then went to work. Had the unit fixed and running within an hour. Very well presented and very professional, highly recommended.
