I had my outdated Rheem hot water tank replaced with the iStore Heat Pump 270L hot water tank. Jimmy and his team at E-Green Electrical did an amazing job with getting the new tank replaced. They provided me step by step with all the information I needed before I decided on my purchase. I couldn't be any happier with this product. Super professional and super efficient. Made the whole process very simple and easy. It was a very hands off approach for me as they handled everything. As it was a business installation the down time on my business was less than 30mins for the entire job.

Very satisfied with the service from Kai and the team at E-Green Electrical. Within a week of contacting them I had all the lighting fixtures in my apartment upgraded to energy efficient LEDs (both oyster and downlight) and they look great. Really smooth process from start to finish and cheaper than I was expecting the upgrade to have cost.

E-Green Electrical were patient, professional and consistent in helping us understand and finalise what types of LED lights we wanted to replace our old Halogen lights. The final cost was higher than I anticipated but that was because we made a conscious decision to upgrade based on the additional information we wanted - it represented good value. Installation was quick and painless and they were true to their green credentials taking away old lights, packaging and other materials for recycling. We needed our old Highbay lights changed to LED as they were drawing too much power. We didn't know there were government rebates available and got all our lights upgraded for much much less! A huge thanks to Tal for getting in touch with us and advising us how to get the most bang for our buck, saved us so much money before and after! I used E - Green electrical to replace all my halogens to LED. My install was a more difficult one, with the LED's flashing as a result of the base electrical grids ripple effect. (not an install problem). The team at E Green Electrical worked through the problem to ensure the issue was resolved.all in all, a professional group focused on getting the right outcome. What a wonderful experience I have had using this company from start to end. I changed all my halogen globes to LED using the government incentive. The customer service from the office was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super efficient. Both electricians Remy and Anton were amazing, they were very informative, thorough and did an amazing job. They went out of their way to be helpful and made the experience a pleasure.

I cannot praise this company high enough. Aristos was very professional to deal with and his electrician was the nicest guy and very efficient. He changed our halogen light fittings over to LEDs. I was kept informed at all times re:costs and time of arrival of the electrician who was very punctual. The new light fittings look terrific and are a vast improvement on what we had!
