Due to its placement, the old water heater had to be transported past the house, but they left no other trash behind. I've been having trouble with my air conditioning 22 years believe it or not, I called this company ready to put a new air conditioner but I decided to check it out really good analysis on the air condition, the guy who came and checked it out found a 14 inch hole in it and told me air was coming out of it not going into my restaurant, he fixed the whole and it's been two days and so far my restaurants been cooling down a lot almost unbelievable that nobody else found the hole. That's why I gave this company five stars they deserve it Thanks for the great job!

We bought a new house but it did not have a gas line to the stove area. We bought a gas stove for a deal on Google, and it sat in the family room while we awaited getting a gas hookup. I identified a local independent plumber/gasfitter with good reviews here and elsewhere, and he came by to assess, and subsequently sent me an estimate. I confirmed the project with him, whence he said he would come by the following week. Two weeks went by and he never showed up, called, texted, nothing.

We had a water intrusion leak coming from our recessed kitchen ceiling light. Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning technician quickly identified the problem, which stemmed from our upstairs bathroom leaking water into the wall due to a broken O ring in the tub spout. He got the appropriate replacement parts, replaced the spout, and now the shower and bath work great AND without water falling from the kitchen ceiling. 5 stars!

I called Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning and was quoted a fair price for a new plumber's quality (not the ones you get at big box stores) water heater. Our plumber arrived a few hours later and installed the new water heater. He took the time to notice what the temperature was on the old unit and set the new unit. He explained about maintenance and cleaned up the area. He took the old one away and within a couple hours we had hit water.

Air went out on Sunday night and Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning technician came out on Monday. He quickly determined the problem, got it fixed, checked all gas levels and got everything all cleaned up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you!

The engineer was early and worked on our system the whole time he was in the office. He gave the system a thorough clean leaving the office with a really nice smell when the system is used. He also reprogrammed the settings on the keypad which had not been correct for a long time. Went through all the checks necessary very efficiently. The whole system is working much better now. This business deserves a six star service given their speed to service, offer to provide a temporary (emergency) solution If needed, and their integrity to fix rather than replace. Our solar hot water system was leaking water badly and no longer heating water. Two tech arrived within an hour of taking my call and promptly diagnosed/ resolved the issue. The tech was great and thorough. We went into this visit knowing that there was a chance we would need a new furnace. He gave us our options for repair which would cost us around half the price of a new unit. When I asked about us possibly needing to just get a new unit, he was very honest in answering. Our unit is old enough where even if he did the repairs. we may get more time out of our unit but not enough to make it worth the repair costs. Our air conditioner was making a lot of noise. They sent out a technician the same day. he showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us an easy fix. He did not charge us. I called about 8:30am today, (8/18) for A/C repair during this heatwave, and was fortunate enough to get a 10am-12pm slot due to a cancellation. The technician, Jose showed up at 9:50am (points for being early!) and quickly went to work. Unfortunately, these days HVAC's aren't made like they're used to. My Goodman HVAC is only about 5-6 years old.

Fan stopped working, which is why cold air wasn't blowing. Technician fixed and left my home about an hour after arrival. Jose was also very polite, respectful of personal property and professional, explaining everything.

I seldom write yelp reviews, however, this company definitely deserves one. Have you ever tried to find a reputable, professional service technician to service a "simple" WALL Furnace? Everybody wants to "upgrade" you to a modern A/C unit for Thousands of dollars. I could have called my retired Plumbing Contractor friend who installed this unit 7 years ago but, I wanted someone who would be technically professional, with deep knowledge of this make and model's inner working AND, have the right parts in his truck.

Guess what.by choosing Pacific Coast Heating & Air, I got exactly what I wanted. I called late on Monday, made an appointment for Tuesday, and Anthony showed up on time! He listened to my description of the UNIQUE problem with my heater before starting to work. He found the problem and got the parts from his truck. He told me exactly what was needed and what it would cost BEFORE proceeding.

He crossed out the "Diagnosis" charge and applied that to the cost of repair. He worked on my heater for over two hours and when finished, he tested it several times. He made a couple of additional "tweaks" and my heater is now working like it did when new. I am a retired Navy Master Chief (30 years) and truly appreciate a Specialist who is highly knowledgable and committed to excellence. I could not be more pleased with the quality of his work and the fairness of the cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I called a number of different companies on a Saturday morning and these guys were the *only* ones that even returned the call. Service was prompt, they got our furnace running again and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We have an older wall heater, circa 1949 that had a leaking line valve (how scary). We reached out to Pacific Coast HVAC and spoke with Andrew, he immediately sent a tech out to come have a look at it. Jose (the tech) was nothing short of skilled and professional: he diagnosed the issue and got straight to work.a little dusting off; and a couple of replacement parts later, our old heater is now as good (and SAFE) as new!

Would absolutely recommend! I called a few companies because I was having a an issue with my air conditioner. Jose was able to get to my house fairly quickly. Even called as he was running ahead of schedule so he arrived early. He was great about educating on how the problem occurred, what the potential fixes would be and emailed me later with quotes and varying price point comparison on fixing or replacing my system. All that and he wasn't at all pushy. So appreciated it all.

Just had my annual furnace maintenance done by Jose and, as always, he did a great job! I have been dealing with the Pacific Coast for many years now and I have always had great service from them, they are very friendly, arrive on time and do great work! They sent a tech out yesterday. He was so professional so polite friendly and so informed, and so willing to help. For years every technician that has come to my home- everyone I have talked with on the telephone has been professional friendly and seem to go out of their way to help. As a hair stylist I talk to many people and I tell them all how pleasant it is to work with Pacific Coast staff. I'm a grateful happy customer thanks!

Called them and set up an appointment for our AC that wasn't working. The technician who came was professional and got right to work to troubleshoot it. He took the time to explain what we needed and answered our questions. Glad he got it fixed for us before the real summer heat comes. Thanks again guys!

I used this company for the first time when I needed to have a heater repair done. My AC was working but my heater was not blowing any hot air so I scheduled an appointment with a technician. They came out on time as promised and got my heater fixed. The guy who came out, Andrew I believe his name was, was friendly and explained exactly what was going on with my heater and how he could fix it. He had it up and running before he left and the pricing was very reasonable.

They are excellent. I have used them before. I would not use anybody else. Two people came out to complete the work. It took about seven hours for the work to be completed. I trust them; they are very competent. I would definitely use them again. Everything was perfect as far as leaving the area clean. They showed up on time, came when we called -- it was kind of an emergency thing. It was just very professional.

Thank you Javier and Junior for a great installation. Very professional and polite gentlemen. If it wasn't for the yelps review, I wouldn't have found Pacific Coast. Andrew in the office was very helpful and was able to schedule Jose to come out and meet with my Dad in Arleta the next day to give us an estimate on a new unit. After receiving the estimate I had notified Jose that I had two other bids coming in as well and would let him know my decision at the end of day.

After reviewing and discussing the costs, my family and I decided to move forward with Pacific. Best choice ever! They were able to fit me in with-in the same week. I replaced my entire heating and cooling system with Pacific Coast and I am happy with my decision to use them. I met with Jose to start the installation and he is very responsive to all my calls. I had a follow-up service request and he had somebody contact me within minutes. The Technician Anthony was very professional and on time.
