I have used Kool Air to install air conditioning units in my home, investment property and at my sporting club. Kool Air have always provided me with the best service, price and system appropriate for my needs. Kool Air have also made me aware of rebates that were available to me at the time and helped me access those. I can not recommend Kool Air enough, don't even bother getting a quote from anyone else.

I have know Daryl Koolen for a number of years now and that was through word of mouth by other obviously satisfied customers. Daryl's company has installed a number of units in our house and we are very pleased with his service. His team arrives on the agreed day and time always, the quality of work is very good and tidy. His quotes are on the mark and his brand of air conditioners are top of range.

We just had Daryl & his team come & quote to replace our old split system. From the time it was quoted until the new one was installed was less than a week. Our new DAIKIN ALIRA X is just amazing. The built in WiFi let's me turn it on before I get home & getting home to a nice warm home is just fantastic. The Victorian government REBATE program organised through them saved us another $650 from the price quoted. Highly recommend.

5 Happily recommend Darryl & his team at Kool Air. from quoting to installation was excellent. Darryl gave great advice & recommending the Daikin FTXM50WVMA split system which is fantastic. Very impressed with his crew who were polite & did a superb installation & importantly left the job cleaning up behind them. Government rebate was all handled by them too. All paperwork was excellent & included electrical certificates. As I had the old gas space heater the contractor they use was also prompt & again excellent work.

The whole process was super quick. Daryl was great to deal with and very responsive to emails etc. He was very prompt in quoting, arrived the same day I called him and had the quote the next day. Very affordable prices. We chose to get 2 x AC's installed instead of Roller Shutters. After signing the quote and paying the deposit the work was booked in. Less than a week later we have new Air Conditioners! Thanks Daryl and the team!
