I needed a very low profile deck frame, and not much experience in this sort of thing. Clickdeck had the solution. The ordering process was straightforward, very helpful and responsive staff to tailor the product to what I needed. Rapid delivery and it was easy and quick to build and level the framework. Absolutely loving our new deck purchased from ClickDeck! This was a DIY project which would not have been possible without the assistance of the ClickDeck team! Nathan, Chris and Shahil were very accommodating and answered all of our questions promptly and in depth. We placed our order and the team delivered the materials two days later which was much appreciated considering we ordered a couple weeks before Christmas.

Quality product! Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication, phone call or via email they were quick to reply and happy to chat over the phone. Changes to the design were implemented and emailed quickly. Dispatch was very quick, product turned up extremely well packaged with no damage. Every component down to the screws is a quality product along with simple design plans to follow.
We went with granite pavers for the top, simple system to use and install to accommodate pavers. Finished deck looks and fells great under foot. We will definitely be using Clickdeck again. Highly rate the product and customer service.

Recently got the Click Deck frame system installed in my new property.
