I first came in with lower back pain because my posture was off and I couldnt bend down or move certain way without bad pain, I came in hoping they would fix me as Ive never been to a chiropractor before and omg within a few months I feel as good as new I dont have back pain at all now, they also have you do X-rays to show you how your posture is and your neck aswell I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I've been seeing Dr Taylor for a while and now I'm pregnant and getting treatment has been wonderful, she put my mind at ease when I first asked her if i can still have it done. They have pillows/cushions to use as you grow bigger for the adjustment to still happen safely. I feel comfortable I am being looked after very well at this clinic. Highly recommend if you suffer and pregnancy symptoms.

I already posted a review a while back and wanted to state their consistency, standard of care, wealth of knowledge and empathy is still exceptional and would continue to recommend them wherever possible. The team are calm and caring and flexible to adjust where needed. They utilise this time to also explain and educate me about my health for a faster recovery.

I came in with lower back pain to the point where I could no longer do my home workouts and my back would spasm at times where I couldn't move for a minute or two.

About 3 months on I have no lower back pain and I am back to doing yoga and home workouts lifting heavier weights than I ever have! My posture has improved a lot and I feel my overall health has improved immensely.

I was going to Ripple Chiro for about a month to try and help fix my posture for health purposes as well as wanting to have more range of movement in my Pilates, but was then in a very nasty car accident that put me in hospital and caused very severe whiplash to my neck and had very limited movement in my neck and a lot of pain.
Dr.Aleks asked me to come in and he did a minor adjustment on my neck and I was amazed at the immediate pain relief and significant mobility in my neck.
I have continued to see Dr.Aleks for regular adjustments for the last 4 or so months and have since started Pilates again since my accident and after my first session back at Pilates I could not believe how much better my spine was moving with me during the exercises. I have had little to no headaches since getting adjusted and just overall feel better and healthier.
I could not recommend the Frankston Ripple Chiro team any higher.

When I attended my first session I was in constant agony with lower back pain and nerve pain down my leg.

Was very scared of the whole cracking situation of the chiropractic method.

Id let chiropractic maintenance of a long-term neck issue lapse and needed to address it as I was experiencing nausea & vomiting. I looked at different treatments, as I wasnt keen on having neck adjustments again, but decided Chiro was probably best and took up an into offer at a local Ripple clinic.
After the initial consult and x-ray with Taylor I was offered an unexpected diagnosis & treatment plan for an issue I had no idea existed. I was a bit skeptical because I often hear people say that chiro treatment should not exceed a few visits or weeks.
I asked Taylor to explain everything to me again and it all aligned with a multitude of other long term symptoms that no one else had been able to give me a clear diagnosis for and had been put down to perimenopause.
I went ahead with Taylors plan and im so glad i did. Within 4 weeks a bunch of symptoms disappeared, and others alleviated significantly. Silly me then reduced the number of recommended treatments to better suit my budget and within 2 weeks symptoms re-appeared. Im now back on track, feeling better and looking forward to seeing what the 4-month x-ray shows.
And no matter who my adjustment is booked with (Taylor, Aleks or Cecily) the treatment is always to the same high standard of professional care, and that goes for all staff in the clinic. 100% Recommend.
