After having spoken with a great number of people about this agency they indeed do have an extremely poor reputation. As a previous renter through them I have found them most unhelpful and at many a time rude and degrading. The property manager does all that she can to get out of doing work and on a few occasions has not responded to contact until about the seventh email or phone call. That person lacks professionalism and common courtesy. They give the impression that they regard themselves above renters. Titheridge would have to be, hands down, the WORST realestate agency we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Do not rent through them if you value getting your bond back as they have a reputation of falsifying condition reports in an attempt to keep your bond.
The team, totally unprofessional. I think they forget they are providing a service.
I have never known an agency to go after a senior on a pension in an attempt to extort her and cheat her out of obtaining her bond back. Even though the house was left in pristine condition and all the right things were done upon vacating, like
