I have lived on the Central Coast all my life. After finishing at Woy Woy High School, I Studied Carpentry (Builder) at Gosford Technical College and soon after started Jonita homes and a family with my lovely wife Anita. 32 years, 6 children and 4 grand children later Jonita Homes has had the privilege of building so many family Homes and Units for our clients on the Central Coast and Hunter Valley area.

Jonita Homes is a privately owned building company and has been building quality affordable houses since 1980, we specialise in turnkey house and land packages in the Hunter Valley and Central Coast. Our house and land packages contain all the standard inclusions you would expect for your new Home or Unit.
We work with you to design your floor plan, choose materials, colour scheme and finishings to ensure your new home is exactly what you imagine. We can help you work out your house plan and work out all the fine detail like dimensions and if the bath will really fit in that space. We draw up all the fine detail that you will need to submit plans to councils, engineers, carpenters, bricklayers, earth movers etc.
Renovating a bathroom or kitchen can be a daunting task and if you don't know what you are doing you may cause structural damage and need to call in the experts, which can be a costly fix over and above your renovation budget.
