The Shore

Perfect location, a few steps to the beach and 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting in the garden with a view of the sea listening to the waves.
The house was simple but clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the lack of towels. We were provided with one hand towel and two bath towels for the 2 of us for a 3 week stay.However, I would love to stay there again whenever we're in the region.

Just a beautiful location and unit. The outlook is postcard perfect, with it also being within walking disyance of the township and trails.
Cleaning is satisfactory but could be improved and some of the amenitites (bbq) need attention - said that this is a beautiful location/unit and should be high on any persons list visiting Robe.

While we enjoyed our time in Robe we were less than impressed with the standard of our accommodation at Costa Amore.
The property is showing it's age and is in need of some attention.
First thing we noticed was that the online photos show a sea view which has now been built out.
Other issues we had may seem minor but were frustrations that we didn't expect for the price we paid.
- It rained the first day we were there and found the roof leaked quite badly in the upstairs bathroom. Made more annoying for having to buy a bucket, as there is no mop or bucket in the house.
- Light did not work

I'm not one to post a negative review publicly, so I forwarded an email to Robe Lifestyle Properties with some feedback for them to digest and hopefully improve the stay for others. It's been several months and I've received no response, so I think it's fair to post it publicly.
We stayed at the marina, at "White Sails" for three nights for my wife's birthday, but in the end we couldn't wait to leave.
Unfortunately for $300 a night it was very disappointing and not what I would call premium accommodation at all, would not recommend, I think these guys are just "phoning it in" and milking the

The cottage is surrounded by pine trees. There is no light coming in and the room is very dark which gives a feel of the place being dirty. There is a small TV, the size of a computer monitor, which does not work. It is set to play DVD but these are not supplied. The smell of smoke is intense. The fire place was not cleaned and there was no stock pile of wood. Just as good because I found it difficult breathing and was not going to make it worse by lighting a fire. Stayed at Wave Point and was left pretty disappointed. Nice enough house in a pretty good location but when you pay top dollar for accommodation you expect everything to be excellent.
The kitchen had an ant problem all over the benches and cupboards even some in the bedroom.
Only 2 bath towels were left for 2 adults for 2 nights.
The tv screen and front windows were smeared with finger prints.
Was at least 6 or more coffee mugs that were so stained that you would throw them in the bin.
There is a car being stored behind the gates (which bang in the wind) so no undercover parking available

ONE WORD.....DISGUSTING!
We stayed at the One and All drive, and boy was it! We had issues with pests on arrival and the linen was dirty. After calling Robe lifestyle properties they told us we had exageratted the state of the of the property and we'd have to wait til Monday to have someone come out (this was on a Saturday). They had a number of… alive and dead cockroaches through the kitchen - yuck!
To add insult after coming out and changing the dirty linen on the Monday, they asked us to pay another $400 for my Mum, who had just been diagnosed with cancer and decided to come with us at

Second visit for us to this house. Nice to see that there is now a very dog proof, white picket fence and gate to one side of the house. Nicely placed house, close to walking beach, perfect for dogs, bed is comfortable, kitchen is good, one thing that could be improved is the vacuum cleaner. The one provided couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding. Other than that, no complaints, we'll be there next year with any luck.

Staying in the Bonnie Owl accommodation. Fantastic place, close to everything and a really good property that is well appointed with everything you need. We are staying here for another 16 days and look forward to further kicking back plus relaxing. Thank you Robe Lifestyle team.

Didn't respond to my 2 emails that I sent them and did not answer their telephone either. Their loss, they missed out on a last minute booking!

We stayed at the Costa Amore property during the SA winter school holidays. Thinking that paying for the upper end properties available via Robe Lifestyle properties, we would have a place that would fit the description, in a good condition and be equipped for a family, but we were wrong. The downstairs TV was broken and would not power on. So no parents retreat for us. To add to the insult, the upstairs TV remote had no power in the batteries (when we arrived it seemed that the previous guests had left the remote open with batteries out to hint to the agent to replace the batteries). Beautiful new house, great size and good location to town, brilliant coffee and the brewery. Disappointed to arrive and find out there was no heating in the middle of winter as it was broken. Felt let down with the communication or lack of from property manager regarding this. No prior warning or response when asked about it, luckily we were able to borrow a little blow heater from a friendly neighbour. Awesome spot for a relaxing family break away.

We stayed at The Shore, absolutely beautiful. Will be back for sure, great value for money in the perfect location. Couldn’t find a guest book in the house, would have been nice to read other guests holiday experiences and write our own.

Just returned from a week at Windsong Beach house and we were very happy with our stay and the service we received from Robe lifestyle properties. The property was fantastic and we had a relaxing time. Excellent location right on a private beach which our two dogs loved. Thank you to the property owners for this gem.

We just arrived home from a great stay at Honeyfield Cottage. What a beautiful place. Every creature comfort you could think of, and so lovely being dog-friendly. We will most definitely be returning for another great stay.

1856 is a little gem in Robe. Beautiful place - authentic but with all the creature comforts. Less than 5 minutes walk from pub and cafes. Really enjoyed our stay.
