Depending on the matter, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. The WORK IN PROGRESS - WIP -is available at any time. We provide a quotation before commencing work. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you'll never be over-billed for unproductive time.

Introduced to John Sutherland thru an acquaintance.we needed advise regarfing a sec128 matter in the supreme court. He purposely pushed my disabled senior mother into a litigation which she need not have been part of. He witheld vital information from us, which if we had known, would have stopped his billing right there and then. He misguided us only to extract money from my Mother. When the billing went in excess of $80k and my retiree mum had no money he had the audacity to tell her to sell her house to pay his further legal fees. MUCH AFTER THE STING we find out that he was given several chances
