Disgraceful!!! I contacted Dimi Forytarz to potentially lease out our 2 investment properties. I left 3 messages and nothing. She didn't bother to return my calls. Pathetic!!!
We have no interest in dealing with this company ever again. Would give no stars if there was the option.

Ella became our rental agent in June this year and in the first week of her role, had to take on a tremendously difficult issue with our tenant. As a renter, I often find agents won't provide you with the same level of service they might a purchaser. This certainly wasn't the case for me with CG and in particular Gabby Mercuri and her team. I couldn't be happier with the way in which my lease and exit was managed. Many thanks!

Being an interstate owner I was confronted only with hurdles of intermittent lockdowns; therefore unable to come to Victoria I had to rely heavily on my property manager: Dimitria Forytarz in order to revamp & re lease my flat during the pandemic! I have nothing but praise for Dimi’s professional conduct !

Excellent service from Castran and Gilbert. I bought an apartment off the plan back in 2018 through Castran and Gilbert. A easy buying experience and updates and settlement in Covid-19 were seamless.
This was purchased as a investment property. Support for the the initial rental was managed by Andrew Rowland and he did a flawless job. Found a great tenant in a very difficult time in Melbourne (lockdown).
The management of the rental since then has been excellent. Stress free rental management is a very good thing.
