I've gone through LP&G twice now, as I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had a new vanity installed, and pipes repaired by Tod today, which left me in awe at how neatly it was done. He even cleaned up before he left. I couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional service I received.

Very unreliable - after organising a time the previous week I was called at the time they were supposed to be coming to say that they were unable to come, a time was made for the next day and again this was cancelled that morning. 2 cancellations in 2 days, the 2nd cancellation was claimed to be due to sickness but the first I was told they couldn't make it because they were busy - not what I would expect from a company that offers "emergency plumbing" services

I came outside one morning to find hot water spraying across my back yard from my outdoor hot water cylinder. Turned the tap off to the cylinder and went to work. I called Mat at lunch time and let him know he was welcome to go to the site to replace the cylinder even if I wasn't home. He he said he would see what he could do. I got home from work and his guys were just finishing cleaning up after the job! Couldn't believe he managed to get it sorted so fast. Very impressed. Thanks Mat!
