Watervale Dental

I was looking a Dentist that i can take my little one too which has fear of Dentis. I thought i found the right place from the pictures but unfortunately i was at the wrong place. I had an appointment first and then for my little one but i cancelled straight away both appointments. Because of : %0 welcoming and the Dr Jassal was nervous. She was not informative. Just seat and start. Luckily i asked the cost and it was different than i was told on the phone. Understandable that the cost may change patient to patient but patient should be informed before start why they will be charged the max amount

Dr Jassal is a knowledgeable and skillful clinician. She makes dental treatment easier by explaining it clearly and communicating through the procedure. I could easily raise my concerns and felt well looked after. I will certainly be going back for future dental appointments to her.

I took my daughter into the dental clinic to see Dr.Phil for a dental checkup and treatment. It was my first time visiting this clinic. I was very happy with the overall experience. My daughter is scared of visiting the dentist and Dr.Phil was very caring and informative. He outlined all the steps involved in simple terms, so I clearly understood what treatment was needed and he advised any costs involved.
My daughter has sensitive teeth and he was able to diagnose the problem and gave her easy steps to follow to take care of her teeth. I have also booked for a follow-up appointment so my daughter

Dr Phil is a no-nonsense professional. I walked in with my problem, was assessed thoroughly with a plethora of pictures to show what was going wrong. The main issue fixed without any fuss. Explained everything very well, gave me options and created a plan that is not full of gimmicky sales tactics. I've had a pretty horrible experience with Dentistry in the past and Dr Phil reinstilled the faith and confidence for me. I won't fear 'the chair' again. I had my wisdom tooth pulled out today by Dr Cham and how wonderful it was, the whole process was so simple and fast, she works so efficiently and attentive. I was with her because she was the last person when she pulled my right wisdom tooth and I will definitely be with with my future bookings, what a dr CHAM-pion! 😍😍😍

Amazing Dentist and staff. They really care about the patients and take time to explain everything and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend.

Dr Phill done an excellent teeth clean and check up. My gums and teeth are generally sensative. He was gentle but did a fantastic job. i walked out with my teeth really white, as if i had them whitened. Would highly recommend Dr Phill

Awesome Service. Dentist is someone with whom my daughter was never comfortable with but the excellent staff at Watervale Dental was very nice and friendly. The dentist was very well behaved and she was never in a hurry. She gave us enough time while explaining the x-ray and showed my daughter the issues she had with her teeth. We had to visit them for a couple of sessions but we are happy to have found our family's regular Dentists now. Highly recommended!

Dr Phil was so great, very thorough, on time and very friendly....expect when I said I didn't floss!! hehe but after his very serious talk with me, I will now floss every night. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. highly recommend 😁

My kids are not petrified going to the dentist. My daughter is only 12 and has needed a bit of dental work done. She never dreads going as the experience is always amazing. Dr Chan is brilliant!
