Practical Homes built out house 2 years ago. I was very pleased with the customer service and their work quality. We have moved in and lived in our dreamt house for more than a year- I walk around the neighbourhood everyday see lots houses and I still think Practical is the best builder in Edmondson Park. Staffs were extremely patient and helpful which I couldn’t wish for more.

Having completed 3 plans and 2 builds, I’m very proud to say that I am now on my 3 build and my 2nd with Practical Homes. The reason for this is that I have found every part of the construction process effortless and professional. Constructing is not for the fainthearted, especially when it is your NEW home and with all the emotionally effort you… apply, to having the most perfect house to show off to your friends. There can be delays and sometimes frustrations, as I have experienced with other builders. However not once with this company and fantastic team!. Never once did I need

What more can I say, Practical Homes you have outdone yourselves. Before Oliver and I walked into your offices we were apprehensive and nervous. As soon as we spoke to Cinzia and Emilio we knew straight away that this was the company we wanted to build our home. You could not ask for more, all the information was provided and they really made my… vision come to life. The building process was seamless, they sent me emails every week to update me on what was happening. The final product is amazing, The Practical Homes team were so good nothing was too much trouble and they really outdid themselves
