I thought they were friendly and did a thorough job cleaning. I didn't like that there was a $19 PPE fee and I wasn't warned about it when I made the appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kaufman’s office for over 10 years. The whole team does an impeccable job. I look forward to my visits because I know I’m in excellent hands. In the fall of 2018, I decided to get Veneers and it was one of the best decisions I made. The team made the Veneer process so comfortable for me. I shedded a few tears once I saw the end results. It’s been 3 years now, and I love my smile and it has given me a huge boost of confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman and his team for all your dental needs.

The hygienist caused excruciating pain. My husband has a high pain tolerance, but even he was shocked. (He noticed a lot of blood and tissue on the instruments, too) Also, my dentist seemed kind of aloof, chatting to staff during my procedures, ignoring my presence. Overall, not worth going back. I returned by to my old dentist this week and there was no pain and a sense that he cared that I was there.

I brought my 5 year older son in to be seen and was charged a consultation fee when they didn’t consult me on anything. She didn’t touch my son. I showed her his previous X-rays from a different office and she said that the work is too extensive for her to do anything. There is no reason why i should have been charged $114 when i was only told that she couldn’t see my son.

Just had a procedure by Dr. Aggarwal, and couldn't wait to leave a review for her, her assistant, and Dr. Minkowski, whom I've also seen at Design Studio--EVERYONE, from desk staff to assistants, is professional, friendly, competent, and kind. I've had terrible dentists my whole life who have belittled my smile and aggressively "recommended" cosmetic procedures I don't want or need (I'm happy with my slightly crooked teeth), complained that my mouth was "too small," my saliva too sticky, etc etc--just a litany of negative comments that made me feel so self-conscious I would go years without seeing

The Dental care was great, the doctor answered my questions, made me feel comfortable. The work space where care is given is a bit cramped. The administrative side well... The $15.00 PPE fee should be just the cost of doing business and not added as an additional payment. Its a small thing but still a turn off. The follow up communication after my first to schedule the care needed, not so good.

My experience at Smile design studio was awesome. The staff is great, very professional! I just love Dotty, Lamaria and I absolutely love Dr. Minkowski. Dr. Minkowski is very informative, gentle on the mouth and gives the best advice on your options for your situation. I highly recommend to others.

Tried another Dentist when I first moved to Chicago and Kaufman’s is the best. Timely, efficient and friendly. I like Dr. Minkowski, but Gayle is my favorite! Anything from routine cleaning to an emergency appt - they’ve got you covered. Clean, quick and as painless as you can expect!

The staff greeted me very pleasantly and each and every person in the office had a positive, helpful attitude. Everyone was welcoming. It is an efficienctly run office, comfortable and showing signs of great care in sanitation, patient protection and social distancing.
