My entire experience with Sarah has been incredible! I've not been the easiest client to deal with and she has been so accommodating and shows genuine care for the vision of my wedding day. I can't thank her enough, its rare to come across people that do their job at 150%, but she's absolutely killing it. Highly recommend Hampton Event Hire.

I have been dealing with Sarah from Hampton Event Hire for about 8 months planning my wedding and it has been such a great experience. Quick responses and willingness to work with us and help our ideas become a reality.
Due to Covid we have had to postpone the wedding 1 week out from the day. I contacted Sarah and within an hour she had come back to me with solutions and has been so accommodating during this uncertain time.
We are grateful for the ongoing amazing customer service and experience we have received dealing with this company.

My experience hiring with this company has been amazing. They were kind and responsive to all of my enquires and really lovely to deal with. Less than 24hrs before my event was scheduled new COVID restrictions meant it could not go ahead as planned. The company kindly offered me a 12 month credit hire which was incredible considering they have lost the opportunity to hire out the items when my event was cancelled last minute so for them to allow me a credit and honour the hire fee I paid shows they have great integrity and they stand by their customers. $1400 for nothing
Really disappointed in this companies service. Would avoid and go else where.

Cancelling the wedding in May 2020 and then November 2020 was not a choice the bride just made, like a change of mind but due to covid-19 restrictions set by the government and was out of our control. It was a difficult and stressful decision.
Also, I did not ask for a full refund as I know businesses are struggling and was fine with a charge but asked for a partial refund or if you could meet in the middle. We have paid you $1400, so you would still be

I recently hired furniture and decor from Hampton Event Hire for my wedding. I had no idea what I was doing. I had no styling support or experience but HEH made it so easy. They were very patient and easy to work with and their prices were very reasonable. They worked in with my after hours collection times and delivered everything I hired without missing a beat.
The hardest thing about using HEH was picking from all their beautiful furniture. Highly recommend.
