However, the next day the benefits are significant and lasting unlike any other form of massage they have experienced previously. Relief of Sciatic Pain Sciatica nerve pain results from irritation of the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve begins in the lumbar spinal cord in the lower back and extends through the buttock area down the leg. Commonly caused by a lumbar disc herniation directly pressing on the nerve, it can also arise from irritation or inflammation of the sciatic nerve.
All my doctors, my chiropractor and two masseurs had given up on me and simply dosed me heavily with Valium and pain-killers, including morphine. I had spent significant time in hospitals and had many rides in ambulances, some to hospital, some back home. I had given up too. I was scared to walk close to a table or desk for fear that just a touch on my hip would put my back out for weeks.
Chinese Massage is an ancient tradition that involves several related and overlapping treatment components. Central is the idea that massage affects the physical body with the Qi body (network of energy) and the mental body (emotions, thoughts, and spiritual senses). Qi/Chi (pronounced 'Chee') represents the force or energy that controls harmony in the body.

Jenny is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and explains to you what is going on and why your body is struggling.. I was recommended by work colleague, and highly recommend jenny to anyone who has had chronic pain, like myself.. Max, the gentleman who answers the phone is also very lovely. Very accommodating.

Jenny is a true Chinese remedial massage therapist. I suffer from vertigo, sore muscles from too much gym work and overall tiredness. Jenny helped to increase blood flow to my back and neck muscles resulting in a more relaxed feel to my body.
Be aware that some of her therapies are not for the faint hearted such as some cupping techniques which leave marks and bruising but the end result was worth it for me.

I first came across Jenny one month ago. I have purposely taken my time to write my review to give myself time to see if the pain I was suffering would have a positive outcome to my health. I am extremely happy to say I am pain free!!! The last 5 month i suffered a lot of pain to my upper back ... mostly to my should blade area.
After speaking with Jenny for a few minutes she recommend i have the cupping done. With all her knowledge and experience I did not hesitate. I could feel the suction cups working and I only felt pain towards the beginning when Jenny was placing pressure in the areas she

I am 81. I first met Jenny in 2005, just after she arrived in Australia. I had a very serious lower back problem which Osteopathic surgeons and several hospitals had failed to fix over decades of hell. Jenny kept me mobile. Over time, I got well enough to not have to go any more. However I crushed the t12 vertebra in March 2019 and am struggling to get better with physiotherapy so now that I can drive again, it is time for a few sessions with Jenny. I know no-one finer at identifying damage and fixing it. If you want a professional attitude to getting you better, go here. Prepare for the first

Absolutely awful. I left in tears. I did not have Jenny but someone else. I asked for shoulder and middle back massage and these were barely touched, instead my neck and hips were "massaged." I had to tell the lady several times it was too hard but she didn't seem to listen. It really hurt and I am used to deep tissue massage so I'm definitely not a sook. I too had cupping that I didn't ask for, or get told beforehand it would be used. What ever the lady was rubbing on my skin was scratching me as well.I felt physically abused and will definitely never return.

Jenny has changed my life. My severe and chronic muscle pain has lessened considerably. I move with ease and feel physically and mentally better. I am no longer popping pain relief pills six times a day. I've needed a few treatments and although there's some discomfort the benefits are enormous. I am so grateful.

Run! Jenny has left me bruised! Never before have I felt so ripped-off and physically abused. Firstly I had to pay upfront; $80 for an oil 40min remedial massage. She didn't ask if i wanted the oil or the dry massage (double the price!). She used the cups on me without asking, then proceeded to rub them as hard as humanly possible up and down my spine! When I asked her to take them off and use her hands to actually MASSAGE, she used paper towel to remove the oil whilst "massaging" (sandpaper!). She said i wont feel any pain for 1 year now! wow how lucky am i! Are you kidding me, I haven't been

Jenny is incredible! It's not meant to be a relaxing back rub! Her treatment is medical. She is unbelievable at what she does! I've had issues with my neck, back and shoulders for years & Jenny is a miracle worker. Yes some times the cupping leaves bruises but who cares if it's fixing the underlying problem! I'd definitely recommend this for people with chronic pain or illness!
