Keen to get hands-on with the construction of your new home? Central Avenue Homes is Perth's built-to-lockup expert, putting you in control of your unique home. Also referred to as 'finish it yourself' building, building to lock-up is pretty much exactly as it sounds. We will build the main structure of the home including all linings (unless you have requested they be omitted), external windows and doors so the home is secure.

We were excited to finally be in the position to think about building a home on our own block of land in Perth.
However, as our block was an awkward shape and size, we found it difficult to select a design that would not only fit on our block, but have everything that we required, included in the design.
Luckily, we found a specialist builder - Central Avenue Homes which is a family-run business. We were able to discuss our needs with their own in-house designer and we couldn't be happier with the result.
We were given an approximate length of time to build and it was pretty close too.

We are really happy with the finish of our home. The time to build was pretty accurate, too.
The best thing was - that we were able to deal "one on one" with the designer, right from the outset.
We also had just one supervisor throughout the whole project, which was fantastic.
We loved dealing with a smaller family-run business so we could get the design we wanted, rather than trying to get an existing home design to "tick all of our boxes".
We definitely recommend Central Avenue Homes.

Great family-run business to do build with. Extremely helpful to us, all the way through the process of building our new home and it was great to be able to deal with the same people throughout the process.
They also helped us with things that we hadn't even thought of before we visited their office.
I would certainly recommend Central Avenue Homes as a preferred builder for people thinking of building in Perth, Western Australia.
