Very poor customer service.
Visited with my friend (bride to be) and ended up leaving the appointment early with her crying. We booked the appointment weeks in advance, letting them know her size. Not only did they struggle to find a dress in her size (she is a size 12 and they claim to cater up to size 20), but the bridal assistant Sue made derogatory comments about my friends weight. She verbatim said “You can’t wear x style as the fabric is quite thin and shows everything. You need thicker fabric to hide things better”.
I hope it was a one-off experience and others haven’t had to go

This place has a charm of it's own and I believe a big part of that is due to the saleswomen here. Brilliant and kind women. As it was a sudden wedding plan (thanks to COVID), I just had 2 months to get my gown. I went to almost every bridal boutiques I could and received the same exact response - "There is not enough time to get you a gown and we don't have your size". I honestly expected the same response here, but DONNA changed my world around. She was so positive, kind and reassured me (a stressed bride) that we can find me a dress there. I walked past this store in awe of the gown in the window however, I did not have an appointment. Shall not fear...SARA was there to greet me, she could see I just loved that dress in the window.
Despite not having an appointment, she allowed me to try on that stunning dress. It was everything I had dreamed of and more without the expensive price tag. Sara gave me an insight into all the information that I required

I was so lucky to get my beautiful wedding dress from Belle et Blanc. Finding a dress for me was daunting and I was extremely anxious as so many others had horror stories about there dress shopping process. I was so incredibly lucky I had the wonderful Sara who made me feel so comfortable and made the whole dress process so easy for me. Staff were great until I made payment. Was all very downhill from there. Staff were rude. The quality of my made to measure dress was appalling. It did not fit at all, had to be adjusted 3 times (it was supposed to be ‘made to measure so should not have needed any adjusting - and no my weight didn’t change at all) and I ended up with a dress… covered in holes. Unfortunately it was under 2 weeks out from wedding we noticed all the holes and they couldn’t get new material in time.
