I saw Eryka Vasconcelos. As a medical professional I am selective about who I review but I can happily state that Eryka gave me the best remedial massage I have had in my life. She was able to relieve deep muscle tension in my back and shoulders and used her sports medicine knowledge to relieve pain in my knee. I walked away feeling better than I had in the last month. If anyone wants a strong massage to relieve aches and pains, Eryka is the best!

I saw Lesh the Podiatrist for a running injury. I'd been getting heel pain for about 6 months and had seen another podiatrist already. Lesh's knowledge about heel pain was amazing. He had me running pain free just by taping my foot. I ended up getting orthotics because I didn't want to keep taping it, but, he gave me exercises to do to strengthen my foot, so that I can hopefully run without my orthotics in the future. He also gave me some good advice about my runners... I was wearing the completely wrong ones for me! Highly recommend!

I was recommended Sportspinal Health by a work collegue and went last week with a great deal of neck and arm pain. I couldn't believe how much better it felt after just one session. It turned out to be a muscle in my shoulder that had gone into spasm (probably too much stress at work!). I had a couple of follow up appointments and the pain is gone. Thanks Mia!
