Aromatherapy is the art and science of utilising essential oils derived from nature to promote healing. Most Aromatherapy treatments will be 'hands on' whether it be through massage therapy, clay treatments, hot or cold compresses or inhalations dependant on the needs of each individual.
In your Aromatherapy session you can expect any of these listed but above all, at Essential Essence you will receive a listening ear and the beginning, or perhaps the continuation, of your healing journey.

A therapeutic massage given at Essential Essence will incorporate the use of Essential oils to enhance the treatment. I will prepare a blend of oils to suit your needs on the day, it is unlikely that you will ever have the same blend as anyone else, or as you have previously had here before, as your body is constantly changing as are your needs.
Janice - takes aromatherapy massage to a whole new level, she consults on the essential oils to suit your needs. It was a wonderful blend for me, and I love the massage room. My massage was excellent with Janice ensuring the right pressure throughout, I nearly drifted off to sleep. I highly recommend you have your next massage with Janice.
