Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your Appointment for registration and to fill in a health questionnaire. Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 day's notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list. A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumours, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.
X-rays (radiographs) are the most common and widely available diagnostic imaging technique. Dental X-rays are pictures of the teeth, bones, and surrounding soft tissues to help find problems with teeth and bone. Radiovisiography (RVG): RVG is the latest X-ray technology in dentistry which helps in a better diagnosis.

The team here are great. They took their time to address any questions/concerns I had about my teeth and thoroughly talked me through the issues I was having, alongside the options available to remedy it. I really appreciated their transparency; both the pros and cons of each procedure was outlined to me, which helped me to make an informed decision. You can tell they are passionate about patient outcomes which makes me feel a lot less nervous about going to the dentist. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Irene and Lydia are GREAT! Had my invisalign done at Gentle Dentistry and some people are astounded by the progress. Irene is consider ‘my OH’ so shows how much I enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned! Lydia is great and is easy to talk to and book appointments and Great chat all around. Totally recommend it !!

I’ve never felt happy or relaxed going to the dentist until I discovered this one. The team do everything to make my experience as pleasant as possible. They have the right combination of professional meets personable and are always happy to answer any questions I have, and ensure I feel fully informed when it comes to my dental hygiene. As I mentioned previously, the whole team are amazing to deal with, however, Lydia is an incredible asset whom I find extremely competent and lovely to deal with. As long as I have teeth you have me as a customer... as well as anyone else I refer too.

Great customer service at good price. Lydia and Irine will always welcome with a smile, they will make you feel home, and treat your teeth and oral health professionally. You can find a dentist, higinest, professional supervisor (when required) and the best receptionist. Smile dental is accepted and many private health insurance. Highly recommended.

Had a broken tooth fixed this afternoon and I can’t express anymore than I am now how amazing all the staff were. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 15 years and my heart is full with the treatment I got and how much care i got. I felt so comfortable and it couldn’t have gone any better. My son had an accident and smashed his front teeth. I contacted Gentle Dentistry while at the hospital, not expecting a response until the next day, but amazingly, even being past midnight I got a lovely message from Brandon assuring me my son would be fine and he would see him the next day. Brandon was amazing and did such a beautiful job of… fixing my sons teeth. It was a fun, happy experience and Brandon made my son comfortable the whole time! I walked into the dental clinic as a terrified patient and left knowing I will never be afraid again if I keep to Gentle Dentistry. I had a whole tooth built in my mouth and experienced no pain at all!! I just watched the TV on the ceiling. If you’re scared (& even if you’re not) this place is amazing.
