Tatyana Pozar-Burgar has been a remedial massage therapist for more than fifteen years, during which time she founded Pure Balance. She has a holistic approach to healing, with a focus on restoring balance and eliminating dysfunction. Tatyana specialises in musculoskeletal conditions, using a variety of techniques to assess, treat and prevent muscular pain.
Massage helps activate the body's natural ability to heal itself. It relaxes and tones muscles, preventing injuries, and increases circulation, improving the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to all body cells. Relaxation massage is one of the oldest forms of massage and is popular with many people because of its non-invasive, gentle techniques.
