We lost total power on Friday evening. We called after hour service of RMW Power Plus. Rob was a function and could not attend. He guided us through the possibilities of what could have happened and we gained 70%of our power back. He then told us what to look for and try to solve the problem. We follow his instructions and found the problem. Unbelievable service. Highly recommended!!

Had a very dodgy double powerpoint that our fridge and freezer were connected to..(We did keep our appliances going with leads and different power point)This was friday night..Rang RMW saturday morning. Rob came out and had a look.. Solution was not that easy..Because he fitted us in, at short notice, we were happy for him, to come back Monday. So today both Rob and Matt arrived on time, to solve our dilemma... replaced the powerpoint... then discovered other appliances were out. So Matt goes back up in the roof.. and there it was a junction box was shorting out. Replaced that no trouble.. so all

I have had a number of jobs done by Rob and his team recently and I have found RMW Power Plus to be most efficient.
