I am so happy with Nova Air and Electrical, they have been completely professional from quote to finish. The two young guys that installed our split systems were extremely friendly (answering any questions respectfully), courteous (even taking shoes off every time they entered the house the whole day!!) and they were totally professional, working hard to get the job done to a high standard as well as cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Nova. We just had Ducted installed in our house from the consult right through to installation was a great and easy experience. All staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions or queries. Technicians did a awesome job installing the system they all knew their roles and did it with precision even with our dog annoying and supervising them lol.We are super Thankful to the whole Nova team for a job well done.

Nova Air were great. Came out to look at an old unit in our new house and were very honest about what it needed and quick. We decided to go with a whole new unit which they sent out 3 quotes for then installed 1 week later.
Very professional and prompt service. We will use them for the service and maintenance for the new unit. Can highly recommend.

Phone staff on booking were very polite and helpful. Wait time from booking to appointment day was minimal and the best turn around we've experienced from a trade/service to date.

Air cons look and smell great with no harsh chemical smell. Just a nice fresh/clean smell.
And can feel the difference in air flow from one of the aircons so much so we didn't realise it worked as well as it does now.

A few weeks ago I had a Nova Air and Electrical install team install my air con. I was very impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of the team. I was particularly impressed with the kind manners and politeness from both tradie, Nick, and young apprentice, Lewis. They both displayed excellent customer service and a great work ethic. I am highly satisfied with the service that the pair provided and I am greatly content with the respect and politeness this team demonstrated. I will be recommending this business to friends and family.

Today a team of brilliant young men from NOVA installed ducted air conditioning in our home. Those boys are a credit to their company. They were all naturally pleasant, respectful and polite whilst going about their business. They worked effectively and efficiently and took the time to explain the workings of the system as they progressed with the installation. When I looked around after they had left I realised the place was spotless. Their finished product was faultless and I am now enjoying the comfort of sitting in the cool on a rather warm afternoon.
