In order to give you the best possible care we need to get to know you very well, both personally and professionally! Our new patient examination is a comprehensive session that is booked longer than a regular checkup to allow us the time to get to know you.
After working with many anxious patients, Dr Charles and Dr Laura saw an opportunity to combine their love and knowledge of dogs with a way to help their nervous patients and began to research ways in which they could introduce a dental assistance dog into their practice. They have undergone extensive training and assessments through Animal Behaviour NSW.
Church St Dental is an HCF approved and HCF preferred dentist with the More for Teeth program. HCF members with extras cover can receive gap-free preventative treatment such as check-ups and cleans (subject to annual limits). So if you are an HCF member with dental cover, you will receive your maximum dental benefits when you visit us.
Church St Dental offers general and specialised adult dental services to help our patients deal with any oral health issues they are experiencing. Our dentists take a personalised approach to oral care for adults because we know no two cases are just the same. Our adult dentists are highly trained and professional, always fully dedicated to all patients who turn to us for help.

A great team at Church St Dental.The staff are warm & friendly & very welcoming. From my first visit my dental.phobia was alleviated with Phil's very caring & professional approach- checking in to see that I was aok & comfortable with the process at hand.
I very much appreciated the courtesy calls pre appointment & after each session of my root canal work. And, Phil is the only dentist that has ever complimented me on being a good patient. Thx Phil & Team. I am one very happy & satisfied customer.

I forgot an appointment in June 2020 (obviously a stressful time) and they called me within two minutes of the appointment time to ask where I was. I wanted to drive in immediately and arrive within ten minutes but they would not let me and put a mark on my record that I am to put a deposit on any Saturday appointment bookings. I recently phoned to discuss again as I disagree I should be subject to this rule and she said she would run it past the manager and get back to me. That was two weeks ago and I have not had any return calls.
