The person I’m addressing in this post is laurel franks,
I cannot express how truly TERRIBLE this woman is at her job. I am not sure if she is unskilled in her profession and does not understand the laws at play in the real estate industry or she is simply heartless. Through all business interactions in my life I have never experienced such unprofessional and morally questionable behavior. Avoid all dealings with this individual at all cost, I wish I had.

Not recommend this agent for non local.
Non reliable.
At end of lease they said me i paid one more week but finally they gave me another summary that shows nothing and because I lost my bank card I cannot check in my account.
They hold my bond because they believe if grass yard is fading it s my fault.however all documents show that i did my best . Due to all of them tribunal failed their claim.
So very very cautious if you want to rent a house from them and take pictures from head to toes property.
Hope this help others to prevent of holding bond for months via agent.

Today I've been there to ask about a property to rent, to my surprise they've arranged an inspection and the house was too good. Swiftly documentation things done and they told me I'm gonna here from them tomorrow.
Whatever, I liked their attentiveness and skillfullness in handling the people. I would've given 10* but No options available for that. And last but not least the lady her name is Leah, she's the best in Tamworth real estate PLATFORM I think. I highly recommend these people for your dream house hunting. They have a house for your need and taste.
