After the initial consultation with Senator Pools, we begin the design process. Our swimming pool designers and engineers will work with you in designing the layout of the pool and adjoining landscape - our pool design in Sydney isn't just limited to the swimming pool. I had the pleasure of meeting Mirco and his team many years ago when they constructed our pool. They provided a quality service above and beyond what we anticipated with completion in a timely and efficient manner.
Recently the pool sustained damage due to a natural disaster and I contacted Mirco to assess the damage. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I met Mirco at the recent pool expo and explained my needs for a pool and landscaping. I felt confident he was one of the better suppliers on the day. I was SO WRONG.
After my ignored email to get things progressing on the next Monday I realised that things were a bit slow. He did an inspection of my property and… said he would respond back the next week, no reply. A month later I am still chasing for a quote. Just because of the principal.
Ridiculous poor service I hope no one has to ever experience.
I have subsequently signed with another competitor for

We are have been left with an unfinished Pool and Senator Pools Bolted! If there would be a Zero It would best for Mirco Lepagier. The Director of Sennator Pools is a deceitful that cannot be trusted.
Senator pool has cracked I'm a lot of places, under designed, used inexperienced engineers not designed for liquid structures, the entire pool is loosing water everyday and rusting our steel and creating concrete cancer. The Pool Is Leaking and pool is cracking Concrete splitting. See Photos below of the disaster he has left us!
He has worked without using MBA contract or HOW insurances on our pool

The Owner of Sennator Pools is a deceitful contractor that cannot be trusted. Senator pool is now holding up us for ransom with its unethical practice, as he lost the contract. Paramount In Floor System is requesting a… release letter from Senator Pools , and they wont release as they lost the contract. Both companies run a collusion. Highly recommend to stay away. They simply are interested in money rather than clients satisfaction and long term relations. Note
