Sam is a brilliant physio.
I've visited for a sore back and Sam diagnosed this almost instantly and was able to relieve my immobilisation, give me clear direction on what to do next and great follow up therapy allowing me to get better in no time.
He's experienced, he explains things in terms you can understand and is very reassuring.
Highly recommend!

Booked in for the last appointment and they had taken in another patient while I had informed I'm arriving in 2 mins. After I arrived the receptionist asked me to re-book for next week. This happened 2 times. Also, I had a pain in the left knee, the physio checked both legs and massaged the right leg and asked me to do a run, I did it as he asked me to do it. In the next appointment, I asked why did he treat the right leg but not the leg with the pain then he started massaging the left leg. Quite disappointing service, will not attend this place again.

If you're looking for a physiotherapist that is professional, experienced, courteous and knowledgeable, Caroline Springs Physiotherapy is for you. Reception staff are super friendly, courteous and ready to help with anything you need. I have been coming to this physiotherapy for years and will not be changing at all. My physio is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They also completely accept Workcover and TAC patients which makes life a lot easier. If you need to modify your appointment at all they usually can either fit you in later in the day or the very next day. The facilities are well

Receptionist was rude and dismissive with me! the service was below average. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes. My session was cut short because they were running over and i still had to pay full price!! I just felt they didn't care!! I would not recommend!

Caroline Springs Physiotherapy were able to fit me in quickly on short notice, saving me a world of pain. Professional service and highly effective treatment from Tavia - I'm genuinely surprised how much better I feel after just one session, and very pleased to see a systematic approach to finding the root cause of pain, not just treating symptoms. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Had my first appointment with Mr.Samuel Gebreeslassie and was told to be early as had to fill in some paperwork. Got there early and after waiting 40 minutes i approached the reception desk and asked when i was going to be seen .
The lady with the Polish accent explained to me that she had just called Samuel and it wouldn't be much longer ! Hmmm really i cancelled as i had other appointments to attend just wondering if this is a common practice ! If possible would like a response from the owner as the lady that i spoke to on Friday to make the booking was extremely helpful pity all her good work

I had been to lots of physios in the area and these were the only guys that really helped. The physio spent the entire time with me and really explained how he was going to get me right.
If your in pain give them a try, they really helped me.
