I have been renting a property managed by Devine Real Estate for 7 years. Originally the lease was with Haus in Strathfield but they were shut down and the lease transferred to Devine Real Estate. I'm so glad that occurred as the team at Devine Real Estate have been excellent.
Thomas has been a delight to work with and escalates any issues as required, always providing feedback and updates. He is an excellent member of the Devine team and definitely goes above and beyond, what you really want from your property manager.

Devine Real Estate kept almost $600 from our bond because the place we had rented had mold and said that it wasn't up to scratch on the cleaning. At first they had said that they got quoted $350 for the cleaning but they were going to look for a cheaper quote. How can you go from someone quoting $350 + handyman work to almost $600.With work for… handyman to remove child locks. We scrubbed walls with sugar soap bur the mold wouldn't come off. Dead flies which she had said we're inside. Removalist were keeping doors open and flies going in the house is unavoidable.Did she except me to kill

We were with Devine Real Estate for 11 years and by far the best real estate agent I’ve dealt with. Our property manager Vanessa was professional but very personable and was responsive and helpful to any issue we had during our tenancy. She was particularly supportive when we had to deal with some difficult neighbours. A very positive experience overall. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing. As a prospective tenant, they are extremely pushy and aggressive, and do very little to provide actual customer service.
They make it extremely clear from the get go that you are nothing but a rent battery, only allowing for direct debit of rent from the account.
Because of this “policy”, they also asked for 18 days rent in advance to line up with THEIR schedule.
Steve is an absolute legend, brilliant agent and super engaging. Hope he gets a position at a better company

Our family trusted Divine Real Estate Strathfield to manage our rental property. They failed to do regular inspections of the property and as a result the property is now absolutely trashed. It is not in a fit state to either rent or sell and Divine has failed to respond to our emails. Substantial damage totalling around 30K has occurred to the… property due to Divine's lack of regular inspections, hence allowing the damage to go on for so long. Please if you are a landlord, do not trust Divine with your property....immediately find a reputable, ethical real estate company to do the job

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Devine Real Estate Marrickville. When we lived in the property they never fixed any issues relating to apartment and always ignored the email that were sent to them. And after leaving the property they (Daniella property manager ) unethically deducted all bond money without any communication or any proofs.
Fortunately we Lodged an applications to NCAT disagreeing to their claim and received 100% of our Bond. They are thieves working under professional attire.
I strongly advise that no one should rent from them.

Not a good rental experience.
Urgent repairs not getting done in a timely manner like smoke detectors, faulty electrical outlets, lights not work, air condition units filters so dirty that it effects their performance, leaking hot water tank that needs to be replaced, leaking roof and gutters and cockroaches and ants within the house.
I made contact with the Principal of Devine Real Estate to explain what is happening "not happening" in his business, he was not interested and directed me to the leasing people.
I am a landlord of several properties and I would not recommend Divine

If I can give negative star I will! Dealing with three different agents, Devine is the worst.
As an investor/owner, after 8 weeks of non-application at all, we decided to end with Devine and take back the keys. We do not want to blame them because they do gave us a timely feedback after open house every week although no application. When we go to their office to collect the key, there was a fat manager questioning my husband like a police man ask a criminal guy, he was so impolite and unprofessional, he even forced my husband to sign on a paper saying that we would pay them the online advertising

I think it's fair to say that Real Estate agents don't enjoy the most glistening of reputations. Everyone hates a salesman, right? After recent dealings with a certain agent at Devine I can understand why the stereotype exists. The unbelievably shonky dealings left me a little bit put out, and extremely annoyed. While I wont go in to too many details, I will say that I don't appreciate being shown a property that has already been leased to someone else. It's a waste of my time, and everyone else who showed up to the fake viewing. I'm sure this tactic is used by Real Estate
